This afternoon at The Coddenham Centre 2-5pm includes two sessions of yoga, with tea, cake and a chat in between. Empowering yoga for physical strength (at your own level of course), breath practices to energise and visualisations to refill the body and mind with light, gratitude and joy. Spring is a time to grow and feel renewed vigour. Don’t just survive…….it’s your time to FLOURISH!
