New Year is often a time for new beginnings and especially so this year. On a personal level the pandemic has been at times disempowering, so I really want to work with empowering yoga for physical strength (at your own level of course), breath practices to energise and visualisations to refill my body and mind with light, gratitude and joy.

This afternoon at The Coddenham Centre 2-5pm includes two sessions of yoga, with tea, cake and a chat in between.
