An afternoon workshop to create ‘flow’ in your mind, body and spirit
Saturday 25th June 2-5pm at The Coddenham Centre £30
Yoga to increase your capacity to adapt, to flow around obstacles in your life and to experience joy. Gentle physical yoga will include flowing sequences and postures focusing on Swadhisthana Chakra (releasing tension in the belly). Breath work will balance the (so called) ‘male’ and ‘female’ (ida and pingala) qualities. Kriya or meditation to allow a sense of spaciousness and joy. There will be some laughter yoga to try too!
There will be two sessions of Yoga divided by a break with tea and cake.
