An afternoon workshop to create warmth and joy as you embrace fully the cooler, breezy and colourful season of Autumn.
Saturday 16th October 2021 2-5pm at The Coddenham Centre
Yoga to help you to stay balanced and grounded through Autumn to avoid that breezy ‘everything is up in the air’ feeling from taking over. Some of the yoga will be outdoors if possible. including the Salutation to the Four Directions. You will have the opportunity to explore if you may wish to develop your own powerful affirmations and intentions to use with this potent sequence.
We will also enjoy an introduction to the ancient Ayurvedic self care system which is often used alongside yoga and you can try some Ayurvedic Stew and yummy energy balls in the break between the two sessions.
