This afternoon to help you get 2020 off to a great start, begins with a walk together to Bonny Woods, a very secluded forest, then tea and cake (of course), then yoga.
You will have the opportunity:
1) To embed your New Year Intentions fully into your heart, body and mind through intention setting yoga action.
2)To complete mental housekeeping with a sequence to ‘sweep away’ what you don’t need or don’t want in 2020.
3)To create positive new neural pathways relating to your New Year intentions during a guided deep relaxation.
