A deeply restorative and healing practice of passive stretching and breath work to reduce the effects of every day stress; lower blood pressure, prevent disease associated with inflammation, improve sleep and lessen fatigue.

Bolsters, cushions and blankets are used to support the body in asanas as you are guided to gently let go, ending with a special deep relaxation. Bolsters provided.
